Ancient Corinth Archaeological Museum: These were amazing archaeological finds -artifacts from sculptures to children’s toys.
The medical section was fascinating – What touched our hearts was getting to stand at the Berma/podium where the Apostle Paul addressed the Corinthians.
After learning all the back history of what Paul was up against in bringing the Gospel to the Corinthians the Word takes on even more meaning.
Temple of Apollo – it was Ancient port of Kechries on the Saronic sea-.the place where Apostle Paul left Corinth to head to Ephesus – I got to walk around there – WOW Forever memories my family will treasure- thank you George and Christine!

Views were spectacular and he was just so knowledgeable about every site. He got us through all three experiences in just one day. Would have missed so much if it were not for our guide.
Then dinner too. The restaurant was great authentic Greek cuisine. Simple , good and way too much to eat in one sitting.

Our tour guide, Damian, met us at the train station in Katerina. He was knowledgable and very nice.
We went to the archeological site in Dion. You are given a ticket and allowed to tour the site alone.
Damian gave us good suggestions, and we enjoyed walking around the site on our own.
The site is interesting, especially since they are still excavating.
We had lunch at a small family restaurant in Dion. The food was great.
At the castle we were only able to walk around the exterior, but Damian gave us great information, and we felt like we saw all we needed.
Last was Mt. Olympus. We walked up to the Bath of Zeus. The stories are so interesting, and the views incredible.
We ended up having to take a bus back because the train was booked.
It was perfectly comfortable if a little longer than the train.
